Girl Scout Troop 41171 - August 22nd

The Girls Scouts are planning their second outing for the year and will be using the Bowman barn late Saturday and early Sunday. Please plan your outing accordingly.

Advancement Campout on September 25-27

Boy Scout troop 606 will be using the Bohman Barn and field to the west during this time.  Please plan accordingly.

Boy Scouts in the House (or rather Barn), Aug 28-30

Boy Scout Troop 606 will be at the park for a Planning Campout on August 28-30.  The Bohman Barn will, as a result, be in use.  Please plan accordingly.

New Appointment to the Board

The Dearborn County Parks and Recreation Board is pleased to announce the appointment of a new member.

Jim Redelk of Manchester Township will be assisting in the ongoing effort to provide high quality rural parks to augment those provided by the cities of Dearborn County.  Please join us in extending congratulations on the appointment and thanks for his commitment to community service!

Orienteering Event Rescheduled

Due to the recent damaging weather, the event scheduled for this Saturday will be rescheduled for the end of October.  No brooms will be permitted on the course!!  Stay tuned for scheduling details...
